Okay, it looks like you want the Boost.Build list at this point...

... but isn't Code Blocks an IDE? Why would you be following the
Boost.Build instructions in that case?

Urrr... I'd guess your mistakes probably start with breaking up the
Boost distribution, unless you used bcp to do it. Have you tried
walking through http://www.boost.org/more/getting_started yet?
