You should just be able to include the path to the lib in the apps
"properties->linker->input->Additional dependencies" field

I'm a bit clueless when it comes to command line parameters. I normally
just interface with the project settings GUI, which doesn't really
expose command line options. Is there a specific setting I can toggle
that controls that command line option? Thanks.
