[Boost-users] Boost ofstream.h include

I am just starting to use the filesystem library, so AIA if this has already
been covered...

It looks like filesystem/fstream.hpp is not included in filesystem.hpp in
1.35.0.  In fact, it seems like it is the only include file in the
filesystem subdir that doesn't get included in the by including
filesystem.hpp.
Was this an oversight, on purpose, or did I do something wrong?
