as number of combination of A,B,C so that A+B+C=K seems to be (K+1)(K+2)/2

But indeed I generate 16*16*16 instanciation of some PP macros, which si 
friggin large.

Indeed, I missed BOOST_PP_SEQ_FOR_EACH_PRODUCT
