Hi, this is the file I'm speaking of:
http://svn.boost.org/svn/boost/tags/release/Boost_1_35_0/boost/algorithm/string.hpp
It doesn't include join.hpp

I downloaded boost_1_35_0.tar.gz again and unpacked it. The string.hpp 
also doesn't include join.hpp
