Sorry there was a typo in my post:
BOOST_PP_IF(1, BOOST_PP_SEQ_ENUM , DO_NOTHING)()
should've been
BOOST_PP_IF(1, BOOST_PP_SEQ_ENUM , DO_NOTHING)(seq)
