Of course it's ok! But I don't really see a reason why you'd want to do
that for the headers, they're not that big (46 MB here). If you compile
Boost yourself, you can choose which libraries it compiles and what
versions of them (linking, runtime linking, threading, debugging).

If you know what you won't need, just remove the rest of the libraries.
I'd suggest you to leave the headers alone, it will save you very
probably some trouble later on.
