Use the version of bjam that comes with whatever version of boost you're using.
The bjam source is in $BOOST_ROOT/tools/jam/src. In that folder (with your path
setup properly for your compiler), run build.sh or build.bat, whichever is
appropriate for your OS. See http://ln-s.net/2GxI for more detailed instructions.
