Dataflow.Signals is a layer of the Dataflow library which uses
Boost.Signals. As the Signals2 / thread_safe_signals library is
mostly interchangeable with Boost.Signals, Dataflow.Signals can also
use thread_safe_signals instead of Boost.Signals. However, there is
really no overlap in the functionality offered by Dataflow.Signals and
Signals2 (the former just uses the latter).
