I don't see any public answer to this.

What is the best solution.

 

On another site, someone recommended:

 

 #define WIN32_LEAN_AND_MEAN

And/or

#define _WINSOCKAPI_

 

However, this solution did not work for me.

 

Has anyone solved this problem?
