Hi: 
When compiling the graph library with expat to add graph ml, the
libraries fails to compile, I've declared environment variables
EXPAT_INCLUDE and EXPAT_LIBRARY but it's failing expat.h even though the
directory is in the pat as "c:\program files\expat\source\lib\" 
Any help apreciated.
