Hello,
I think your problem could _maybe_ be related to "Object Tracking" if you
have not addressed that already (
http://www.boost.org/doc/libs/1_37_0/libs/serialization/doc/index.html)

"Left unaddressed this will break the features that depend on tracking such
as loading object through a pointer. Subtle bugs will be introduced into the
program."
