This book is very helpful. In fact, It's this book that got me on my way of
learning and using and understanding the boost libs.

But I hope there's revision versions of this book adding contents of the
newly 
added boost libs, e.g. proto, fusion, accumulators, etc.

Reading this book is much more effective than reading the documentations,
IMO.
