There sort of is, but it is not obvious, nor is it yet complete. The
Review Schedule includes information on when libraries are reviewed,
accepted, and added to SVN so they can become part of a release. During
the time that the release branch is open for changes, any library that
is in SVN, but has not been released yet will be added as long as the
tests go well enough to justify adding it. This becomes complete
information for the next release once the branch closes for major changes.
This isn't the most convenient way to do things for users, but it is
a reflection of the way boost libraries happen. There is no central
planning group deciding what will be in Boost when it is released.
Instead, each release contains the libraries that have been accepted by
the community and revised by the submitter until they are ready for
inclusion.
