Yes, but it's still undocumented.  That's why the link above says [*
NtQueryInformationThread* may be altered or unavailable in future versions
of Windows. Applications should use the alternate functions listed in this
topic.]

Furthermore, it doesn't list the format of the output parameter.  You can
find it by searching around on google though, I don't have a link handy.
