Subject: [Boost-users] Convert ptime to UTC based on runtime current machine timezon

Hi,

How can I convert a boost ptime to UTC given the current machine
settings, without hard coding anything? I found the
c_local_time_adjustor but it only has a utc_to_local() method. I tried
reading through some of the local_time documentation but got lost with
all the time zones. I realize they are important but for this
application the software much always convert a ptime (that will be in
the current machines local time) into UTC.

I am running on Linux fwiw.

Thanks for any help

Wayne
