Nod.  If you can reproduce it, can you file a GCC bug report along with the 
preprocessed source that triggers the error?  If it is our fault, or some 
subtle change in the std, hopefully they might be able to tell us why.... at 
the very least the error message is misleading as the class that the 
compiler complains about being incomplete is most definitely complete!
