Sorry, then I misunderstood. When you mentioned POSIX and Windows
executors I thought a library user has to use conditional compilation to
use different classes on different platforms. Now I understand that you
were talking about the implementation (separate POSIX and Windows classes
instead of one class with lots of #ifdefs inside).
