My trunk was not clean, and that was causing the errors about wrong
number of args to a macro. My dirty trunk had:
#define BOOST_MPL_CFG_NO_PREPROCESSED_HEADERS
in:
boost/mpl/aux_/config/use_preprocessed.hpp
