Hello,

I am reading the document from the following link:
http://www.boost.org/doc/libs/1_47_0/libs/test/doc/html/tutorials/new-year-resolution.html

and encountered two dead links ("Listing1", "Listing2") in the
second-to-last paragraph. Are they intentionally removed? I hope I can read
these listings to fullly appreciate the test library in Boost. Thanks.
