Boost release 1.48.0 beta 1 is now available from SourceForge

This release includes 3 new libraries (Container, Locale and Move), an
extension to TypeTraits to support operator detection as well as
updates to many existing libraries.

still in process of being updated, and there are some known issues
with links.
