is_actor is defined as:
namespace boost { namespace phoenix
{
///////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
//
// is_actor<T>
//
// Tests if T is an actor. Evaluates to mpl::true_ or mpl::false_
//
///////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
template <typename T, typename Enable = void>
struct is_actor
: mpl::false_
{};
}}
