tells me how to run the test suite on ALL the libraries locally.
How do I run the test suite on ONE particular library locally?

b) I noticed that on the test page for the serialization library there
are a number of boxes in dark green indicating - expected failures.
I remember that there was a procedure for specifying expected
failures but now I can't find it.  Could someone point me to
the relevant page?
