Are you using the same compiler to compile Boost that Open MPI was 
compiled with?  I'm out of suggestions about this otherwise; I'm going to 
put [mpi] in the subject line since this is a Boost.MPI issue (not Graph) 
and see if anyone with more expertise can help you.
