I've built windows libraries (vc8, vc9, vc10) for this (32 and 64
bit), if you want them, you can get them from my website:

I'm also looking for a donation of VC11 when it comes out (express won't
work). If anyone gets an extra copy they don't need please let me know so
I can continue these builds.
