Even better, you can build both variants in the same boost build. The
headers are the same. This is what I'm using on Arch Linux:
sed -i '/python/d' project-config.jam
echo "using python : 3.3 : /usr/bin/python :
/usr/include/python3.3m : /usr/lib ;" >> project-config.jam
echo "using python : 2.7 : /usr/bin/python2 :
/usr/include/python2.7 : /usr/lib ;" >> project-config.jam
