What do you mean by a threaded stopwatch? a mechanism to signal a 
thread-safe timeout when a given duration expires or a timepoint is 
reached? If yes, non, Boost.Chrono/Stopwatch doesn't serves this 
purpose. Boost.Chrono/Stopwatch is more related to benchmarks. BTW, 
Boost.Chrono/Stopwatch has not been released yet.
