I have these however I did not use --with-filesystem --with-signals ...

My exact build command was:

cd x:\Other\Libraries\Boost_1_54_0

--without-python --without-mpi address-model=64

The source folder is x:\Other\Libraries\Boost_1_54_0

the output folder is X:\x64.3\VC.110\Libraries\Boost-1.54.0
