This took months to fix on trunk, where it's fixed, but the author has
yet to bother/get-around merging it to release.

These patchsets are what completely put me off bothering
reporting/patching anything in Boost, as approximately 3/4 of the
libraries touched have yet to give any form of hoots at the time where
it was suitable to.

Meh.
