I did not know that it also officially supported C. I don't believe that
this is clearly mentioned in the online documentation. Can this be added
to the introduction section? (Yes, the title does say "The Boost Library
Preprocessor Subset for C/C++", but I think the C part of C/C++ is too
easily overlooked.)
