Mostafa,

thanks for the suggestion. We are using CMake and develop for Mac OS X and
Linux. This was a port of our software to Linux ;) So first time is always
hard.... Now it builds and should stay so. I had to fix various settings in
CMake files for Linux/clang/libstdc++ build.
