My guess is you want to find (not build) the boost libraries using cmake.
 Have a look at this:
  http://www.cmake.org/cmake/help/v2.8.8/cmake.html#module:FindBoost

If you are looking to build boost with cmake, there is/was a project that
was doing this based on a fork of boost, but it tends to lag the official
boost version a bit.  The bjam build/install process seems to be fairly
robust for most systems.
