The main template metaprogramming reference is the documentation for 
Boost MPL. There is also a book published on Boost MPL called "C++ 
Template Metaprogramming" by David Abrahams and Aleksey Gurtovoy but it 
is published in 2005 and Boost MPL has changed a little bit since then.
