This now done, and as can be seen on the Boost.Thread CI dashboard we 
currently see 30 of 90 build targets have problems.

We'll get to fixing those over the next few days. After that we'll 
hopefully keep everything all blue from now on.

Thanks for raising the problem, it caused resources to be made 
available.
