Although the doc says `strided` supports SinglePassRange, the current
implementation of <boost/range/adaptor/strided.hpp> does not
support SinglePassRange; it needs ForwardRange.
Thus, the above iterator results in compilation error (note the
`std::input_iterator_tag` tag).
