Looks like there is a stalled file in serialization library boost_serialization.shared_ptr_helper.cpp - cant find the declaration for classes mentioned in above cpp. It ruins serialization NuGet package when it tries to compile
It is not new for 1.59, the same was in 1.58

Graph is still broken on MSVC 14 as
https://github.com/boostorg/graph/commit/0fc1749bd7b300b0ad7a6ec45eefff5ea90
57a0f is missing in master. Would be great if it could at least be merged for 1.60.0.
