Looks good under Windows compiled as static libraries with
- MSVC 14.3 x64+x86 targeting Windows Vista+7
- MSVC 12.5 x64+x86 targeting Windows Server 2003
- MSVC 10 SP1 x86 targeting Windows Server 2003
