I have built the release with Apple's clang (Apple LLVM version 8.0.0
(clang-800.0.42.1))
with the following results:
* C++03 - everything built successfully.
* C++11 - Boost.Fiber failed to build
* C++14 - Boost.Fiber failed to build
* C++1z - Boost.Fiber failed to build
