* Builds successfully with Apple Clang [Apple LLVM version 8.0.0

* Boost.Locale and Boost.Wave do not build with Clang Trunk and C++17.
Looks like the updates to Boost.Wave missed one file
* I haven't tested with Clang Trunk and -std=c++2a.
I haven't run any tests; just seen if things build.
