OK.
I've updated visual Studio to Update 5, which is the latest (I'm sure the update took longer than the initial install....).
Boost.Test now builds, for both 1.64.0 and 1.65.0.

Yup, please update your compiler to the latest patch level for VC12 and
it should be fine - the latest patch is update 5 BTW, and from memory at
least update 3 is required to handle common_type.hpp.
