Thanks and congratulations to Benedek! I think devector and batch_deque 
additions will be useful for Boost.Container users. I hope also that the 
integration in Boost.Container and the fruitful discussions that will 
happen in the mailing list will help those reluctant to the inclusion to 
appreciate the new functionality.

Thanks also to all reviewers and specially to Thorsten for his great 
work, patience and help to reach a consensus.
