Being not an expert in GIS I can't decide whether or not such a
functionality is useful, so I guess I'll let you guys debate about
that :-) If it appears that it's not crucial (I agree it has huge
consequences for such a little detail...), then setting coordinates to
0 sounds reasonable to me.
