Folks,

I'd like to propose a little reorganization of ggl/spatial_index/
As GGL is about geometry, it's fairly safe to assume any index
implemented in GGL is a spatial index.
Second, chances are, we will get more types of indexes implemented.

So, I'd propose the following:

1. Create ggl/index
2. Move ggl/spatial_index to ggl/index/rtree

So?
