Yes, I think that is a good idea. Will be solved (either done, or maybe 
they should be composable).

The matrices didn't get much attention (also not during review), note 
that we're not completely satisfied with uBlas. We actually wanted to 
have a templated matrix, which is now being proposed to Boost by Emil 
Dotchevski  
(http://article.gmane.org/gmane.comp.lib.boost.devel/194882). That would 
fit better, but we cannot (yet) depend on that.
