Folks,

I created Wiki with matrix of supported compilers that can be
used to compiler code using GGL/Boost.Geometry:

Feel free to add your environment.

Please, keep one row per one tested environment details, rather than
aggregating entries. It may be be important to distinguish, for
instance, version and edition of Visual Studio from which Visual C++
comes, distribution of GCC compiler like MinGW, Cygwin,
or native installation Linux, etc.
