To speak in terms of the classification Barend proposed above, I would say
I'm much less concerned about the second category (concepts for strategies)
than the first one (concepts for geometries) which is more fundamental to
me. As long as your code manipulates geometries through concepts rather than
directly, deciding whether it should be an algorithm on its own or be
integrated as a new strategy of an existing one is probably less crucial.
