Thanks. I'm afraid this is coincidence, until now. All algorithms
destined for the end-user should be there. I recently checked the multi
for this (one was missing there) but unfortunately didn't check
geometry.hpp (there was much to do...)
So will do this.
covered_by is included now, in the Trunk, since a few weeks. Will add
the other ones convert, disjoint, equals, expand. Indeed they are
normally always included indirectly but in case that changes, neater to
have them at the proper place.
