Folks,

On behalf of Mats Taraldsvik who has done the work of extending the WKB parser
to support multi-point, multi-linestring and multi-polygon geometries,
I'd like to request for approval to submit the changes into the extensions.

The changes are all included in the
complete-extensions-gis-io-wkb-with-multi.patch
attached here https://svn.boost.org/trac/boost/ticket/9066

The changes almost only affect the WKB extension, but with two
small modifications in boost::geometry::equals algorithm in files:

boost/geometry/algorithms/equals.hpp
boost/geometry/multi/algorithms/equals.hpp

If there no objections are raised, I will assume the motion passed
and will make commits as soon as Boost completes move to Git/GitHub.

Mats, once your patch is committed, we will need to add you to the copyright
notices in the source files, wherever your work is present.
