One minor thing I noticed while reading through the hard copy... The
documentation for all four Boost.Polygon adapters (point_data,
rectangle_data, polygon_data, and polygon_with_holes_data) have
identical "Description" and "Example" sections.

The "Description" sections make sense, more or less, but the "Example"
sections are all just a copy of the one for point_data.
