Hi Volker.

I am not sure whether this is what you asked for, or whether you had 
something else in mind.
In any case it may be handy: BG has an svg_mapper class for outputting 
geometries to svg format.

I took your WKT, modified the example in the above page (see attached 
program), and produced the attached svg.

Apparently one of the two polygons has a self-intersection....
